IMRT reinforcement verification model
Absolute, relative and point dose measurements can be completed at the same time. The multi-layer dosimetry and surface dose measurement can be easily accomplished by using a hierarchical human body model for three-dimensional simulation of patients. For IMRT and routine dose verification, a comprehensive assessment of the entire IMRT process is conducted. To improve the reliability of the accuracy of the treatment planning system and improve the patient's condition by a three-dimensional assessment of the distribution of doses in sensitive and inhomogeneous tissues in high and low dose regions.
Synchronous measurement
Three doses are measured at one time and time is saved.
Absolute dose
A standard finger ionization chamber was used to measure the 16 points at different depths and through the phantom.
Point dose
Point dose measurement at any point in the module using semiconductor probe or thermoluminescence dosimeter.
The absorbed dose of sensitive organs in the treatment plan was verified.
Relative dose
The relative dose (dose) was measured by using a method of placing a film at every 3cm in the phantom. The four reference points make the 3D comparison between the film and TPS easier. The reference point makes the orientation of the film, the digital reconstruction of the image, and the three-dimensional sagittal and transversal image conversion of the multi coronal film view more simple.
In addition, because the user can see the position of the film, the ionization chamber and the diode probe through the transparent acrylic film, the IMRT die can ensure the accuracy of the measurement and minimize the error.
The coronal film can be used synchronously with the ionization chamber in the case of parallel film and ionization chamber.
