Overview

HH6008 thyroid function instrument is my company development and mass production of products, the instrument through the human thyroid iodine absorption rate, inhibition rate, half-time and potassium perchlorate release rate and other test indicators of the determination of thyroid disease diagnosis.

Main product structure:

Under normal conditions, thyroid uptakeThe 131I rate is regulated by TSH secreted by the anterior pituitary. Hyperthyroidism makes this feedback regulation completely or partially disappear, and there is no significant decrease in thyroid iodine absorption rate after oral administration of T3 or T4, which is called no obvious inhibition. This experiment has good specificity for the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism

Perchlorate Release Test:

Perchlorate has the effect of preventing the thyroid gland from taking iodine ions from the blood and promoting the release of iodine ions from the thyroid gland. The iodine ion ingested by the normal thyroid gland is rapidly converted into organic iodine under the action of enzymes, so there is no problem of iodine ion being released by perchlorate. However, when the iodine ion is in organic disorder, the iodine ion ingested in the thyroid gland can be released by perchlorate, which can assist in the diagnosis of diseases related to the iodine organic disorder in the thyroid gland.(typically manifested as a low).

And these particles have a short range, only 2~3mm, and generally have no effect on normal surrounding tissues, so this method is one of the effective methods for the treatment of hyperthyroidism.
